Round Trip: 5-6 hours, 14 km, 800 m.
I really wished I had another day or two to devote to this hike because it would have been an amazing place to camp. Most of the trail is up to the basin isn’t very scenic or exciting but the scenery explodes once you’re in the basin, which is a wonderland of rocks, heather and lakes surrounded by jagged peaks. It’s a great place to find a quiet spot and chill out by a lake, or poke around the rocky terrain.
