This unexpectedly turned out to be one of my favourite hikes in the Rockies. The guidebook I was using only described hiking up to Bow Hut but once I got there I decided to scramble up some cliffs to the rounded top above the hut to see if I could get a better view of the glacier and…wow, did that ever pay off! What a view!
